Billy Marks is a crowd favorite. He does big, technical tricks down stairs, gaps, and rails that make one wonder if he has a telepathic connection with his board. His video part in Toy Machine’s Good and Evil is a classic, with his switch bigspin heelflip boardslide on the Beverly rails warranting several rewinds just to comprehend it. He is a four-year veteran of the Dew Tour, he finished fourth at both the Vans Invitational in 2004 and the Toyota Challenge in 2006. He is a regular competitor in the Street League Series and the X-Games, his best finishes in those contests being a 6th place finish at the SLS Arizona stop in 2011 and a 9th place finish at X-Games Barcelone in 2013. Billy’s a bit of a gambler, even going so far as to have an ace of spades tattoo on his arm. When it comes to big risk tricks, however, he usually comes up a winner.
