Ayumu Hirano single-handedly changed the competitive landscape of snowboard superpipe with one trick. On Sunday, December 19th, 2021, Ayumu Hirano landed the first-ever triple cork in competition during the Dew Tour superpipe finals at Copper Mountain, going all in on his last run of the day and making history.

Fast-forward three years, and Ayumu is back at Copper Mountain and has successfully put his unfinished Dew Tour business to rest.
