In between the Women’s Snowboard Streetstyle and the Men’s Ski Streetstyle events at Dew Tour 2024, Los Angeles-based house duo Ship Wrek kept the party vibes high and the crowd moving, with a mix of tracks including the hit “It’s My House” from their debut EP, Mirror Mirror. Ship Wrek’s Collin Maguire and Tillis Churchill are both snowboarders and said everyone in their crew loves action sports.
“We brought our whole team here,” Tillis said. “It’s like a vacation vibe. You can’t ask for better. I actually grew up watching Dew Tour on Fuel.TV: I used to wake up early to watch it in the mornings before school, so it’s sick to be here!”
Ship Wrek has produced music and remixes for the likes of Skrillex, Dillon Francis, Diplo, Jauz, The Chainsmokers, Chris Lake, Zedd, Tiesto, Valentino Khan, Galantis, Pink Sweat$, Gashi, and more. They have also released official music videos for their original tracks including “Misbehave,” “Only a Fool,” “Amnesia,” and “Need It.”
“We met each other online like 6 years ago,” Maguire said. “We were in these producer group chats and decided, ‘Hey, we could do this, we could make our own house project.’ From there we’ve just grinded, put in the hours, and it’s gotten to where it is. To be here… Dude, we’re so stoked. Happy birthday, Dew Tour!“
