Copper Mountain officially counted 17 inches in the 5 a.m. snow report on Friday. It snowed heavily all day, piling another 9 inches on the snow stake before it was cleared at 4:30 p.m. It was still snowing then, too.
“Saturday will be dry with some sunshine,” according to Open Snow forecaster Joel Gratz. Translation: Game on! Get ready for a packed day of back-to-back finals on Saturday.
