Read moreAt the age of 19, Amy Purdy underwent a life-altering experience that would forever change her life, as she knew it. Loosing both legs below the knee makes snowboarding ever again seem impossible, but Amy challenged her circumstance and attained goals never before perceived. Now, the bronze medal Paralympian, Amazing Race participant, and Dancing with the Stars contestant continues to defy odds and has since shared her passion for snowboarding with other disabled riders through the organization she founded, Adaptive Action Sports. We’re proud to present how Amy’s passion for snowboarding goes beyond her board and provide a glimpse into her life.
