There are not too many Ams that get asked to film parts for Thrasher or a “Bangin!” for The Berrics, but then again there are not many Ams that can step to the level of skating as Tyson Bowerbank. Bowerbank is tech! Flips in, flips out. Spins in, spins out. Give Bowerbank a tech trick to battle and then stand back. Not only is he confident on ledges and rails, he can take his tricks to the transitions, too. It is his ability to put lines together regardless of the setup that keeps him always finishing high on the podium at every event. In 2013 Bowerbank won the Red Bull Phenom Am as part of X Games, then in 2014 he won the X Games Am Street final, in 2015 he finished on top at the Boardr Am Finals at X Games and then he repeated that result in 2016. At this point, Bowerbank is on the brink breaking thru to the Pro ranks. As for exactly when, it could be any day.
