Canada is well-known for their stacked list of snowboarding Slopestyle greats, and on the women’s side there is none greater than Spencer O’Brien. A regular on the competition scene for more than a decade, in 2006 O’Brien burst onto her first podium with a second place finish at the Burton US Open. O’Brien earned her first official win as a professional at the first-ever Dew Tour Breckenridge event in 2008. Despite stormy conditions and stiff competition, O’Brien proved that year that she was one of the best and . Since then she has continued to known as a major threat to every podium, and has banked three additional Dew Tour wins (’10, ’11, ’12) in addition to victories at the FIS World Championships and Burton US Open in 2013 as well as X Games in 2016. With honed skills on rails and in the air, O’Brien is dangerous to her competition on any course.
