One of the youngest members of U.S. Freeskiing’s rookie team for men’s halfpipe, Sammy Schuiling is also one of the team’s newest members. The Colorado native began skiing at age 2, then moved to Vail and lived with a host family once he hit high school.
During the 2016/17 season, Schuiling qualified for his first World Cup event and earned a silver medal in halfpipe at the junior world championships.
