Rowan Cheshire began skiing at 11 years old. By the time she was 12 she knew she wanted to take skiing serious. She began at her local dry ski slope, the Stoke Ski Center, in her hometown of Stoke, England. Soon after she began attending grom camps and developing her tricks.
Her career accomplishments have included podium finishes at the Junior World Championships, the North Face Open, and making the Great Britan 2014 Olympic team. Unfortunately, an injury during practice prevented Cheshire from competing in the 2014 games.
Cheshire’s postitive attiude and passion for the sport will keep her progressing and help her to continue making a name for herself in the freeskiing world.
