When it comes to skiers like Jesper Tjäder, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what it is that keeps us coming back for more. Is it the insanely creative rail prowess? The fearless amplitude? The eye for the unusual and unfeasible? Whatever the reason, the young Swede has the slopestyle world on a string, turning heads every time he drops a new park or POV edit. Despite lacking major podiums at the X Games, Dew Tour, or the Olympics, Tjäder won the 2014 AFP big air and won the FIS World Cup in 2014. He also, and perhaps more famously, double backflipped over most of the Nine Knights course and shut down the Internet with his Unrailistic edit in 2015. Never one to be overlooked, Tjäder has the trick count to shake up the podium this season.
