Jack Olson emerged from the Land of 10,000 Lakes with nearly 10,000 tricks in his bag. Maybe not 10,000, but definitely more than most and he is showing the skate world some NBDs that are all his own. Jack’s grind variations are crazy, and his feeble control is second to none as witnessed in his legendary switch feeble down Hollywood 16. When it comes to contest, Jack knows how to perform under pressure. How? By not feeling the pressure. Jack says the trick for him is to have fun; the more fun he has translates to less nerves and better results. He definitely has the track record to prove it, too. Jack first entered his local Damn AM Minneapolis event in 2006, but it wasn’t until 2009 that he tasted of the top of the podium. Right after, he took all at the Gatorade Free Flow Tour only a month later. In 2010 he repeated his first place position at Damn AM Minneapolis. Then, in 2013, he took home the most coveted first place AM win at Tampa AM. He won Pheonix AM as recently as 2015 before he went back to Tampa AM that year to win the Best Trick portion. So yeah, he is a sure bet on the contest scene. But that is not all. Jack knows how to hit the streets hard and has the video footage to prove it.
