David Loy is a ten year veteran with the Birdhouse team, and his style is a perfect reflection of a skateboarder who has some of the best street and transition skaters as his mentors and teammates. David is just as comfortable hitting a bowl as he is a high consequence handrail. The consequences don’t deter him from going big either, as David has broken his wrist 10 different times. When he turned pro for Birdhouse in 2014, he released a full part with The Skateboard Mag that ended with a ridiculous, high speed, Ollie over rail to wallride drop, down a 9-flat-10 set. It was a perfect ender for David’s style of mixing street and transition. On the contest circuit he’s made the finals at the Dew Tour Toyota City Championship in 2014, he placed in the top 10 at the 2016 Tampa Pro and is on the Street League roster for 2016.
