Collin Provost’s skateboarding flows with an effortless authenticity that comes from living and breathing it every day. Raised in Huntington Beach, Collin was surrounded by pros like Ed Templeton and Tom Penny who would come skate his backyard ramp and give him pointers. He won the Phoenix Am in 2004 and was put on Emerica and Element Skateboards, but when Ed Templeton invited him to ride for Toy Machine in 2009 Collin knew that’s where he belonged. While an am on Toy Machine he won the Phoenix Am twice, dropped his Emerica Stay Gold and Toy Machine Brainwash video parts, and was awarded The Skateboard Mag‘s Am of the Year award. He turned pro for Toy Machine in 2011 and filmed his part for the next Emerica Video, MADE, earning huge respect for his frontside flip out of a ditch over a ten-foot fence. He currently resides in Long Beach, California where he is working on his next face-melting video part for Volcom’s Holy Stokes! A Real Life Happening.
