Still too young to sip an alcoholic beverage in the United States, Karl Berglind hails from Sweden and soars over coping regardless of which “country” he is in and their “laws.” The only laws that apply to Berglind are those of skateboard physics, and even those seem to be up for debate by the amount of air and speed he manages to muster. Berglind has really been making a name for himself on the contest circuit. Back in 2015 and 2016 he was just another kid in the contest lucky to get through the qualifier. Then, in 2017 Berglind had a break out year with back-to-back podium finishes at the Malmo (3rd) and Vancouver (2nd) stops as part of the Vans Park Series. Nowadays you would have to be completely clueless to the contest scene if you were not familiar with the huge air, high speed and heavy trick combinations he can link together.
