Young gun Johanne Killi wasted little time making her impression felt in the world of women’s slopestyle, cruising to an 2016 X Games slopestyle bronze in her first year on course. Leading up to the comp, she had already landed just off the podium at last year’s Dew Tour slopestyle and joins X Games gold medalist Tiril Sjåstad Christiansen as part of a strong Norwegian ski contingent. Due to her strong showing last season she also wrapped up 3rd place in the FIS World Cup rankings for slopestyle in 2016.
