Felipe Gustavo has one hell of an origin story. In 2007, his dad sold the family car, and bought plane tickets for Felipe and himself to Tampa, Florida, for the 2007 Tampa AM contest. Mr. Gustavo believed in his boy, and was rewarded when Felipe went on to win first place. His career was off to a great start. Soon the skateboarding world took notice, he earned spots on several elite teams, turned pro in 2013, and hasn’t slowed down a bit.
