Brita Sigourney is an overall talented athlete.  This collegiate water polo player was able to manage the curriculum and commitment of playing college water polo at UC Davis, while balancing a professional freeski career.

Eventually, Sigourney decided to dedicate all of her time to freeskiing and since she did the wins haven’t stopped coming! Despite injuries along the way, Sigourney has racked up some major wins, including Dew Tour first places finishes in 2011 and 2012, first place wins at The Grand Prix at Copper Mountain, CO in 2011 and 2012 at Mammoth Mountain, CA.

Like a true California girl, Sigourney loves to spend her time off the snow on the beach.  If you can’t find her outside then she’s probably studying, as she tries to finish up her degree at Westminster College.

Sigourney represented Team USA at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi; she placed 6th.
