Minnesota native Alec Majerus spent his childhood finding indoor skate spots during the brutal winters. His skating reflects that determination, as Alec rarely leaves a trick un-stomped. He is a sorcerer on handrails, able to stick tricks on huge sets that most wouldn’t try on a parking lot curb. At just 20 years old, he boasts a resume that stacks up with veteran pros. Sponsored by Volcom in 2009, he joined the Flip team two years later after taking second in Dew Tour Street and Damn Am Altlanta. He scored a bronze medal at X Games Austin in 2014, the same year he turned pro for Flip and starred in the 3 video with his friends, Curren Caples, and Louie Lopez, to commemorate that achievement. At the 2015 Dew Tour Chicago stop, he picked up second in both the Street and Street Style events. Alec’s upbringing might have been cold, but his skateboarding is straight fire.
