Snowboard Superpipe Last Chance Qualifiers Kick off Toyota Championship

One of the only guys to throw down a 1080, Japan’s Ryo Aoki stole the show today during the men’s snowboard slopestyle Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ’s) with a winning score of 91.75. Nils Mindnich of Stowe, Vt. captured second place with an 88.00, and Bryan Daino of East Setauket, N.Y. rounded out the podium in third with an 86.75.

The top five finishers from today’s LCQ’s will advance to tomorrow’s prelims.
