Rune Glifberg Gets Signature Shoe With Converse

It’s not often a pool or vert skater gets their own shoe, but Converse hooked Rune Glifberg up with not just one, but an entire signature collection. To celebrate the release, Converse went all out and re-surfaced LA’s legendary Pink Motel pool to shoot the ad campaign and throw a bash to celebrate the shoe release.

Lance Mountain, Christian Hosoi, Jake Brown, Darrell Stanton, Colin McKay and more all came out for the Pool Party and skated into the night. The free drinks, bbq and a dj spinning tunes were just as entertaining as all the slams that went down during the heated session.

The ad campaign is set to hit the airwaves soon, so keep an eye out for Rune, Sammy Baca, Angel Ramirez and more as they skate the legendary pool.
