OneRepublic Rocks Winter Dew Tour Stop In Breckenridge

By: Nick Lipton – Dew Tour stops always have action sports, but you can always count on a good concert with The Winter Dew Tour Music Series presented by Verizon Wireless. Being in Colorado, and in the more mellow town of Breckenridge, the Dew Tour brought in the Colorado based OneRepublic. A rock band with a poppy sound and plenty of musical talent.

Using everything from cellos to electric guitars this band proved to be musically talented. Avoiding substance free hooks and catchy computer generated background noise the men of OneRepublic rely on their talents and instruments, and the Coloradan fans loved it.

As the opening acts played the crowd seemed a little light, however; when OneRepublic came on the crowd seemed to triple in size. In the back of the venue I could see boys and girls from a variety of ages bouncing up and down to the melodic tunes OneRepublic pumped out. In the front a packed sea of outstretched arms yearned for a touch, high-five or handshake. The show seemed to have the audience captivated, and OneRepublic Rocked the weekend to the fans of the Dew Tour.
