Dew Tour is excited to officially announce world-renowned DJ and producer Mix Master Mike will headline the Winter Dew Tour concert on Saturday, February 25 at Copper Mountain, Colorado. The all-ages show will feature a special set to be held outdoors on the Dew Tour concert stage at the base of the mountain in Center Village. The concert is free and open to the public.
Grammy Award winner Mix Master Mike’s many accomplishments are easily led with his Beastie Boys hip-hop fame, where he was the band’s DJ for more than 30 years. The Rock ’n Roll Hall of Fame member’s skillful, hard-hitting scratch work has rightfully earned him the status of a pioneer in the hip-hop and DJ communities, yet his work and fandom spans across all music genres. A snowboarder himself, Mix Master Mike has performed at many winter sporting events, including the Vancouver Olympics. His performance next month will be a quick stop as he is currently touring with the band Metallica.
The show will start at the conclusion of the Women’s Snowboard Super Streetstyle and before the Men’s Ski Super Streetstyle competition at approximately 6:30 pm MT.
Ultimate fans of action sports and music can take advantage of Dew Tour’s VIP program. In addition to having access to each competition and the concert’s best viewing areas, VIP packages vary and may include VIP concert tickets, a limited edition Dew Tour gift, meet and greets with athletes, food and beverage options, private WiFi, and more. More on the Dew Tour VIP program.
The three-day annual Winter Dew Tour ski and snowboard competition and festival will include the world’s best male and female skiers and snowboarders competing in individual Superpipe and Super Streetstyle competitions, the new Superpipe High Air & Best Trick Jam presented by U.S. Air Force, live music and a calendar of fan-based activities. Spectators will have a front-row seat to the action out of Copper’s Center Village, where the entire event footprint will take place. As always, Dew Tour is free and open to the public.
