Christensen On Top In Ski Pipe Last Chance Qualifiers
Men’s Ski Superpipe Last Chance Qualifiers went off this morning under bluebird skies, as the freeskiers made their last attempts at qualifying for semi-finals. Joss Christensen finished in first with a score of 80.25. His run started off strong with a switch left 900 mute to switch right 720 japan to left 900 tailgrab to right 720 tailgrab. He continued to a switch left 720 japan to alley-oop 360 japan. Kyle Smaine landed in 2nd place, with Massachusetts native James Campbell in 3rd. The top eight qualifiers will move on to compete in semi-finals tomorrow at 6pm.
