Ben Hatchell Wins the Van Doren Invitational Skate Bowl Jam

Ben Hatchell came out on top at the Van Doren Invitational at the US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, California.

The bowl being skated was a recreation of the famous Marseille bowl in France and all the skaters were amping super hard and loving it. Hatchell overcame a stacked final that included Grayson Fletcher, in second, boosting huge airs and Raven Tershy, in third, with speed lines and a crazy frontside 180 to fakie 5-O across the vert wall. The Marseille replica bowl was a great addition to the surfing competition at the US Open which was won by Brazillian Alejo Muniz.
